Credefi Ltd. is registered in Bulgaria, commercial registration number №206396291, with the purpose of organizing the proprietary development of Credefi’s decentralized finance platform. This is the company we are building our project upon.
We would also like to introduce our partners: Credit Plus. This company was established in 2013 with the purpose of lending in the retail and the corporate segment. The company is licensed as a financial institution that undertakes financial operations within the EU and has gone under extensive regulatory examination by the central bank. The commercial registration number is №202475916, the license number for a financial institution is BGR00315. Credit Plus is our initial partner who will assist Credefi in our operations as a means for collateral management and liquidation, hence protecting the funds of the lenders in the platform.
